I. Basic information for lenticular
Specifications
1. Thinkness: Generally speaking, more thicker the lenticular is, more stronger
3D effect can be get,
for the angle of the view is smaller.
2. Line distance: There are two kind stardands of measurement;
a. Width: measured in mm by each columnar mirror of the lenticular.
b. Density: measured by LPI(line per inch) about the units of columnar mirror in
the lenticular
per inch.
Density (LPI) = 25.4/width of the single columnar mirror (mm)
3. View distance: The view distance is different between the different thinkness
of the lenticulars.
The lenticular sheet include:
1.200 LPI lenticular sheet
200 LPI lenticular sheet is very thin, specially used for high precision, high
definition, extensivly used for the packing of some items. The designs having
the sharp image, delicate pictures, can be adopted by upscale and qulified
packing.
2.160 LPI lenticular sheet
161 LPI lenticular sheet is the new product of our company, also with the high
precision and high definition to meet the high-demaning of our costomers.
(1). The raw materials is PP or APET , which is made by Bush company and having
the features by Non-toxic, harmless, high transparency.
(2). For LPI 100/161, the grating is parallel with the length.
(3). The view angle is 46°, and the view distance is 0.15-0.6m.

3.70/75 LPI lenticular sheet
70/75 LPI lenticular sheet is the most popular product, professional in paking
industry and AD printing.It has the medium thickness , and effectivly absorb the
ink. It carring with the unimaginable images when combine with other special
technology.

(3). The view angle is 49°, and the view distance is 0.15-1.8m.

4.20LPI lenticular sheet
20 LPI lenticular sheet is mainly used for outdoor AD market, the view range is
wide, and the layers more evidence.It having a stronge 3D effect for human
vision. Also have the characteristic such as resistant UV and having incredible
effect for far view 3D image.
(1).The raw material is PMMA/PS.
(2). For LPI 20, the grating is parallel with the length.
(3). The view angle is 29°, and the view distance is 1.5-9.1m.

5.10LPI lenticular sheet
10 LPI lenticular sheet is mainly used for outdoor AD market, the view range is
wide, and the layers more evidence.It preferable resistant UV and more solid.
Speically used for make 2D flip change images,moving images , Graduating images
and zooming images with the most real effects.

(2). For LPI 10, the grating is parallel with the length.
